Vintage 1980s Diane Freis dress. Made in Hong Kong from soft, polyester georgette. A RIOT of colours. Features flutter sleeves and an oversized floaty collar over the blouson top, 14cm of shirring at waist. Fully lined in a red poly. Signature shirred waist, tassel ties at neck and frills. A feature of many Diane Freis items is that one size will fit 2 to 3 sizes due to clever use of shirred waists, blouson tops and voluminous skirts. Condition is excellent.
Best fit 10-12-14 au but please check measurements taken with the garment laid flat, one side only. Bust 40-50cm, Waist 30-44cm, Hips free size. Overall easy fit, comfy to wear, very feminine and colourful. Has been gentle machine washed, no ironing required.
