1930s Velvet Cape by Reville London – Paris. Beautiful silk velvet and silk lining. Huge collar with rows of gathering underneath the collar which create the fullness of the cape. Diamante clasp. reville also made velvet gowns for the Queen in the 20s and 30s. Condition: it is showing minor signs of wear. Looks like the clasp was moved due to fabric wear. Some diamante are missing from the clasp. 1cm damage near hem. A few marks on the lining. None of these flaws are major, still a very wearable item. I special night out or even rock it with your 70s flares and platforms.
