Custom made 1960s cutie. Cotton with iron stiffening on the inside to give it structure. Short sleeves, Baby doll bust line with ribbon and stitched bow. Long metal center back zipper. Cotton, no stretch. In excellent condition. Best fit 8-10au. Model is a 10au and it was a tight fit.
